-
Healthy Human
Human limitations are part of God’s design, intended to help us depend on Him more fully. Through the use of assessment tools, we will work together to enhance your self-awareness as a leader. My goal is to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus, understanding Him more deeply within the context of your own unique story. Above all, I want to help you cultivate a life of longevity in ministry—something that is only possible through a genuine and vibrant relationship with God.
-
Strategic Leader
Worship leaders need established rhythms, systems, and teams that operate in harmony to ensure effective ministry. Together, we will explore your church's unique ministry context and develop actionable steps to create a clearer, more focused direction for your worship ministry. The challenges you're currently facing present valuable opportunities for growth and development.
-
Culture Creator
As a worship leader, you are entrusted with the vision of your senior leaders. For you to thrive, it’s essential to cultivate a healthy, collaborative partnership with them. Together, we will explore how to create a unified approach to ministry that aligns with and strengthens the overall culture of the church God has called you to.
For all kinds of leaders
One of the greatest challenges in worship ministry is that it requires different leadership skills at different stages. Early on, the worship pastor must be a generalist, possessing a broad knowledge of all areas of worship ministry in order to build it from the ground up. Specialists who are placed in generalist roles often feel misunderstood and under-appreciated. Understanding that your ministry's environment will dictate its evolving needs can help shift your perspective and unlock new ways to lead effectively.
As your team grows, there is an opportunity to bring in specialists—those with deep expertise in a specific area of worship ministry. While specialists may not excel at overseeing all areas of worship ministry simultaneously, they bring invaluable skills to mission-critical aspects of the ministry. Both generalist and specialist gifts are essential to running a successful worship ministry.
Even if your strengths lean more toward one area, it doesn’t mean you’re set up to fail. Instead, it means that as a leader, you must develop a strategic plan to leverage your gifts and best serve your church.

Starting august 2025
This term will run from August 2025-January 2026. Six months, twelve sessions focused on tackling the goals we’ve agreed on together. Space is very limited as Eddie will be doing all the coaching himself. You can also join the waitlist once there is no more room for the fall term.
Next steps
-
During this initial call, we’ll take the time to get to know one another, assess the specific needs of your ministry, and explore why you’re interested in worship consulting.
-
Following our call, you will receive a personalized proposal that outlines how we can address the areas you wish to develop within your ministry. This will include a description of our consulting sessions, as well as the associated costs for your development program.
-
If you choose to move forward, we will enter into a six-month contract, allowing us to begin our sessions. This initial six-month period provides enough time to assess growth in the areas we’ve targeted. You can choose to extend beyond six months if desired, but this duration ensures that we make measurable progress.
-
After signing the contract, you will complete an intake form, which will provide valuable insight into you and your church. We will then begin our sessions via Zoom, tailored to your specific needs.
-
The goal of this process is to track and reflect on the growth in both you and your ministry. Towards the end of our time together, we’ll review our progress and I’ll provide recommendations for your next steps.

In addition to the consulting program, you can also schedule Eddie for in-person songwriting with you and your team. He would come to your church for a couple days and lead a songwriting retreat (which can be held on-site). Eddie can give insight into how to structure the songwriting retreat and then participate in showing your team how to do this. If this is something that would interest you, please schedule an introductory call where we can discuss next steps on scheduling a trip to your church.
